The NSF Graduate Research Fellowship Program supports outstanding students in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics who are pursuing research-based master’s and doctoral degrees. This is a highly competitive grant that provides fellows with a three year annual stipend of $34,000 and a $12,000 annual cost of education allowance.
