A fixture in the Trenton industrial community for more than two decades, Capital Steel has expanded its relationship with the College of New Jersey over the last few years in a number of ways. The Ewing-based manufacturer continues to be an active participant in our career center through the internship program, providing valuable hands-on opportunities to TCNJ engineering students. Most recently, President Robert Hickman has solidified the company’s commitment to the College by offering a new scholarship in the name of his father and former TCNJ Foundation member Allen Hickman, Sr. The scholarship will benefit two rising juniors from the School of Engineering.
